  Registered with the Bar Association of the Arab Republic of Egypt since 1989, Mr. Shafiey has practiced extensively in Egyptian courts, including the Court of Cassation, Council of State, Supreme Administrative Court, and the Supreme Constitutional Court.

  Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Shafiey served as a Legal Advisor with one of Dubai's most prestigious law firms from 1995 to 2020. During this tenure, he successfully defended numerous clients, including major establishments, companies, banks, and individuals, across civil, commercial, real estate, and even criminal cases.

  Possessing in-depth knowledge of civil and commercial law, Mr. Shafiey has an extensive record in handling complex cases related to companies, banking, labor, contracts, insurance, maritime matters, commercial agencies, and trademarks.
